Bank guarantee

BANK GUARANTEE – irrevocable revolving credit agreement of the Bank to pay the guaranteed amount to creditor (Beneficiary) in case of receiving his request in writing, which proves the debtor's failure (Principal's) to perform his obligations.

JSC "BANK CREDIT DNEPR" provides the following types of guarantees:

  • Tender
  • Travel
  • Payment guarantee
  • Guarantees of obligations performance under the agreement
  • Guarantee of advance payment refund

  • Decrease of risks in commercial activities – bank guarantee of monetary compensation in case of failure of obligations performance under the agreement

RATES FOR SERVICE OF BANK GUARANTEES (COUNTER-GUARANTEES), GUARANTEE LETTER OF CREDIT:
# TYPES OF SERVICES AND OPERATIONS RATES FOR OPERATIONS IN UAH RATES FOR OPERATIONS IN FOREIGN CURRENCY CALCULATION AND PAYMENT MANNER
1.1 Providing (issuing and servicing) guarantees secured by 100% cash cover The tender, travel warranty:
1.0% of the guarantee amount is fixed,
minimum 1000 UAH, maximum 20 000 UAH

Guarantee of fulfillment of obligations (as a result of winning a tender):
1.0% of the guarantee amount is fixed,

minimum 1200 UAH, maximum 25 000 UAH

For all other types of guarantees:
1% per annum of the guarantee amount,
at least 1000 UAH per month or part thereof

 1.2% per annum of the guarantee amount, minimum USD 40 per month or part thereof 1) For tender guarantees, performance guarantees as a result of winning a tender, travel guarantees - accrual on the day of service rendering for the entire guarantee period and is paid on the day of service rendering.

2) For other types of guarantees

  • accrual each month on the last business day of the month for the actual period of guarantee coverage in month of accrual and is paid before the 10th of the month following the month of accrual OR
  • is charged on the guarantee expiration day for the actual guarantee period in month of accrual and shall be paid on the day commission is charged.
     
1.2 Providing (issuing and servicing) guarantees in security of which property rights for deposit are taken up 2,0% 1.2% per annum of the guarantee amount,

minimum UAH 1000.00 per month or part thereof		 2,0% per annum of the guarantee amount, minimum USD 40 per month or part thereof 1) For tender guarantees, performance guarantees as a result of winning a tender, travel guarantees - accrual on the day of service rendering for the entire guarantee period and is paid on the day of service rendering.

2) For other types of guarantees

  • accrual each month on the last business day of the month for the actual period of guarantee coverage in month of accrual and is paid before the 10th of the month following the month of accrual OR
  • is charged on the guarantee expiration day for the actual guarantee period in month of accrual and shall be paid on the day commission is charged.
1.3 Providing (issuing and servicing) guarantees not secured by 100% cash cover or by deposit (which are provided for other security types, or blank)  Tender guarantee:
up 10 000.00 грн – 950 UAH
from 10 000.01 до 30 000.00 грн – 1150 UAH
from 30 000.01 до 70 000.00 грн – 1650 UAH
from 70 000.01 до 300 000.00 грн – 2,5% of the amount is fixed
from 300 000.01 до 600 000.00 грн – 2% of the amount is fixed
from 600 000.01 до 1 000 000.00 грн – 1,75% of the amount is fixed
from 1 000 000.01 - 2,25% of the amount is fixed

Guarantee of fulfillment of obligations (as a result of winning a tender):
up 10 000,00 грн – 1 150 UAH
from 10 000,01 до 30 000,00 грн – 1 350 UAH
from 30 000.01 до 70 000.00 грн – 1 850 UAH
from 70 000.01 - 2,75% of the amount is fixed

Travel warranty:
the equivalent of EUR 2000.00 – UAH 1500.00 per annum
the equivalent of 10 000.00 EUR – 3000 UAH per annum
the equivalent of 20 000.00 EUR – 6000 UAH per annum

For all other types of guarantees:
2.0 - 5,0 % per annum of the guarantee amount,

minimum UAH 2500.00 per month or part thereof

 2,0-5,0% per annum of the guarantee amount, minimum USD 100 per month or part thereof 1) For tender guarantees, performance guarantees as a result of winning a tender, travel guarantees - accrual on the day of service rendering for the entire guarantee period and is paid on the day of service rendering.

2) For other types of guarantees

  • accrual each month on the last business day of the month for the actual period of guarantee coverage in month of accrual and is paid before the 10th of the month following the month of accrual OR
  • is charged on the guarantee expiration day for the actual guarantee period in month of accrual and shall be paid on the day commission is charged.
1.4 Amendments to the guarantee 400 UAH USD 50 Charged and paid on the day of service rendering.
1.5 Advising of guarantee terms of another bank 0.1% of the guarantee amount, minimum UAH 500.00, maximum UAH 2500.00 0,1% per annum of the guarantee amount, minimum USD 50, maximum 250 USD Charged on the day of service rendering and paid within three days from the day of service rendering.
1.6 Advising of amendment to guarantee terms 400 UAH USD 40 Charged on the day of service rendering and paid within three days from the day of service rendering.
1.7 Payment under the guarantee as a result of demand receipt 0.15% of the demand amount, minimum UAH 1500.00, maximum UAH 2500.00 0,15% per annum of the guarantee amount, minimum USD 75, maximum 300 USD Charged and paid on the day of service rendering.
1.8 Preparing and sending demand under the guarantee 1000 UAH USD 100 Charged and paid on the day of service rendering.
1.9 Creation or revision of payment clause of contract, agreement or other document, or other documents at Client's request  UAH 500.00 (with VAT) USD 50 (with VAT) Charged and paid on the day of service rendering.
1.10 Development and approval of the guarantee form according to personal requirements of Client UAH 500.00 (with VAT) USD 50 (with VAT) Charged and paid on the day of service rendering.

Notes: 

1. Commissions of other banks (including foreign ones) are paid additionally.

2. Commission fee, expressed in foreign currency, is charged and paid in UAH at the NBU rate on the day of accrual. 

3. The client shall compensate the Bank for the commission of other banks (including foreign ones) in UAH at the rate of the NBU on the date of payment to a foreign bank.  The commission of a foreign bank is paid by the client within three days from the day of the corresponding notification sent by the Bank to the client.  The commission is paid on the date of payment to a foreign bank.
