Oleksiy Bolkhovitinov was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Bank dated May 01, 2023.
Oleksiy Bolkhovitinov is the Director for Strategy and Business Development at DCH Group and has over 20 years of experience in financial sector, including senior positions at the Big Four firm in Ukraine and the US. Oleksiy Bolkhovitinov is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of INGO and ORANTA insurance companies.
Education: Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, The University of Birmingham, Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy.

Oleksandr Chornyy was elected as the Member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution No. 1 of the sole shareholder of the Bank dated August 4, 2020.
Oleksandr Chornyy works in Managerial positions at DCH Group companies and has over 25 years of experience in financial sector, including senior positions at UKRSIBBANK and UKRINVEST. Oleksandr is also the Member of the Supervisory Board several industrial companies of DCH Group.
Education: Vasyl’ Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Andriy Fomenko was elected as the Member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution No. 1 of the sole shareholder of the Bank dated August 4, 2020.
Andriy Fomenko works in Senior positions at the companies of DCH Group and has over 25 years of experience in financial and consulting sectors, including senior positions at UKRSIBBANK. Andriy is also the Member of the Supervisory Board INGO and ORANTA insurance company.
Education: Kyiv National Economic University, CFA Institute.

Andrii Klesov was elected as the Independent member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution No. 9 of the Bank's Sole Shareholder dated October 2, 2020.
Andrii has over 15 years of experience in financial sector and management consulting including senior positions held at Mastercard and Bain & Company. He is currently a Managing Partner at 4ire Group.
Education: EERC (Economic Education and Research Consortium), National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Piotr ROMANOWSKI was elected as the Independent member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution No. 9 of the Bank's Sole Shareholder dated October 2, 2020.
Piotr ROMANOWSKI has over 20 years of experience in financial sector. Piotr was a Board Member at Bank Millennium S.A. in Poland, a partner at McKinsey&Co and a partner and CEE Advisory Leader at PwC.
Piotr is also an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, Halyk Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kevin EU UAB (international payments provider), Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. (innovative biotech company), and a Chairman of the Board of Directors, Selvita S.A. (a pre-clinical contract research organization).
Education: Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland, MD; University of Cambridge, UK, PhD.

Giovanni SALVETTI was elected as the Independent member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Resolution #2 of the sole Shareholder dated June 05, 2023.
Giovanni Salvetti is a Managing Director at international investment bank, where he has been working for over 20 years focusing on emerging economies, advising governments and private clients. Mr. Salvetti has been involved in the most significant business deals in Ukraine since 2007, advising on investments in Ukraine, including mergers and acquisitions, bonds and loans a total amount exceeding 50 billion of USD; for several years he has been advising the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and other state enterprises on international debt obligations, and was a consultant on multi-billion complex debt restructurings of the largest companies of Ukraine.
Education: Giovanni graduated in business administration at Milan’s Bocconi University and holds a Master in international economy from Rotterdam’s Erasmus University.
