Lending terms:
- Loan amount from UAH 300,000. to UAH 5,000,000 (85% of the value of the property)
- Term - 120 months. (10 years)
- Repayment form: classical, annuity.
- In the case of an initial payment from 15% to 29.9% - the first year is fixed - 14.99%, then - the floating interest rate UIRD 12 + 6.8%. The minimum value is 15%, the maximum is 35%.
- In the case of an initial payment of 30% or more, the first year is fixed - 13.99%, then - the floating interest rate UIRD 12 + 5.8%. The minimum value is 14%, the maximum is 35%.
- One-time commission for granting a loan 0.99% of the loan amount.
- Compulsory life insurance of the borrower, as well as the subject of the mortgage during the entire loan period.
Borrower requirements:
- Individual resident, citizen of Ukraine;
- Age from 22 to 70 years old at the time of loan repayment;
- Stable income for the last 6 months (12 months for a sole proprietor);
Security:
- Mortgage of the land plot to be acquired;
- Guarantee, if the client is married - of another spouse, or if the Borrower at the time of receiving the loan is under 25 years of age - surety of close relatives, in their absence, any third party, is mandatory.
Assessment of property for registration of a mortgage is carried out:
- an independent appraiser;
- review of the Property Appraisal Report.
Penalties:
- Failure to confirm property insurance or life insurance - a fine of 0.7% of the appraised value of the property or the loan balance, respectively.
