Ukrainian RA IBI-Rating announced the restoration of the credit rating at the uaAAA level, the rating forecast is in development.
As noted in according to RA IBI-Rating's release, a borrower with a uaAAA rating is characterized by the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers. The rating forecast "in development" indicates an increased probability of a change in the rating during the year. The preservation of the rating is due to the martial law, which was introduced in connection with the invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, which creates a significant negative impact on the economic condition of the country and its financial stability.
Factors justifying the level of credit rating are the preservation of performance indicators at a good level, which contributes to profitable current activities and increasing the institution's capitalization. The bank has a high level of liquidity against the background of early repayment of all loans from the regulator, a growing working credit portfolio. In addition, the Bank maintains the amount of provisioning at a sufficient level, has an acceptable diversification of the resource base. RA's release adds that the Bank has a fairly large client base, a developed card business service infrastructure.
As of September 1, 2023, the capital adequacy ratio was 28.35% (the normative value is not <10%), the actual arithmetic average value of LCR for all currencies is 234.6% (the normative value is not < 100%), the actual arithmetic average value of LCR in foreign currency is 306.5% (normative value is not <100%), the ratio of net stable funding in all currencies (NSFRvv) is 201.6% (normative value is not <90%).

As of September 1, 2023, Credit Dnipro Bank showed a profit of UAH 259 million, the bank's assets amounted to UAH 18,467 million, regulatory capital — UAH 1,745 million. As of September 1, 2023, the Bank's loan portfolio is UAH 4,492 million, which is 16% more than the same figure as of January 1, 2023. At the same time, the loan portfolio of legal entities increased by 20% compared to January 1, 2023 and amounted to UAH 4,053 million.
