Credit Dnepr Bank for the 9 months of 2018 increased its authorized capital by 77.6% - to UAH 2.7444 billion, loan portfolio - by 3.2%, to UAH 4.256 billion

Net interest income of Credit Dnepr Bank for the 9 months of 2018 increased by 51% compared to the corresponding period of 2017 - up to UAH 138.937 million. Net fee and commission income for the 9 months of 2018 increased by 27% compared to the corresponding period of 2017 - up to UAH 103.156 million. According to the results of the Bank's Credit Dnepr activity in January-September 2018, it amounted to UAH 476.14 million, while for the corresponding period in 2017 this figure amounted to UAH 489.11 million.
 
Negative financial result is a situational reflection of changes in the conditions of debt restructuring of the group of long-time troubled borrowers of the bank and the formation of an additional provision for these loans until the agreement of the new conditions for the settlement of arrears. The Bank has developed and submitted to the NBU a plan of measures to eliminate violations of economic norms, which stipulate clear deadlines for eliminating non-conformities and a capitalization schedule by the end of the year. At this time, working consultations are being carried out on its refinement and adjustment by the regulator. The previous capitalization program approved in 2016, the bank executed ahead of schedule, completing in August 2018 the procedure for increasing the authorized capital by UAH 1.199 billion - up to UAH 2.74 billion.
 
As of September 30, 2018, the Bank's assets amounted to UAH 8.739 billion, clients' funds amounted to UAH 8.314 billion, and the equity of the financial institution was UAH 316,402 million. Since the beginning of the year, the bank's loan portfolio has increased by 3.2% - to UAH 4.256 billion, and the volume of loans to individuals has increased by UAH 155 million.
