On August 15, 2018, a new wording of the charter of the Credit Dnepr Bank was registered in connection with an increase in the authorized capital of the financial institution to UAH 2.72 billion. Capitalization was carried out by private placement of additional shares of the existing nominal value.
The pre-capitalization of the bank took place in June 2016. Then the authorized capital of the financial institution was increased by 686 million UAH - up to 1,521 billion UAH.
Also, due to changes in the legislation of Ukraine, the form of ownership of the Credit Dnepr Bank was changed - from a public joint-stock company (PAO) the bank was transformed into a joint-stock company (JSC). As a result, the new wording of the statute amended the name of the bank: PJSC "Bank Credit Dnepr" was replaced by JSC "Bank Credit Dnepr".
