To perform a transaction, the customer should take three simple steps:
1) select the "Online Currency Exchange" function on the main page of the web-version or mobile application FreeBank;
2) indicate the desired amount of purchase / sale of currency;
3) to select an account or a card for debiting and crediting funds.
The maximum amount of transactions is equivalent to 150 thousand UAH per day - in accordance with the current norms of currency legislation.
After the instant transfer of funds to your account, the client can use them at their own discretion: pay by card for goods and services or withdraw cash in cash or transfer to a deposit in a mobile application.

For clients who use cash in different currencies, the bank offers a convenient solution - a multi-currency Freecard Gold card with a chip and non-contact technology that provides access to five accounts in currencies: UAH, USD, EUR, English pound and Russian ruble . Opening a card is free of charge, service on condition of monthly payments for a sum of UAH 5,000 or balances on accounts for the amount of UAH 250 thousand (or the equivalent of the indicated amounts in the currency) is also free of charge, in other cases the card fee is UAH 20 per month. Also, the client receives a free opportunity to remotely manage funds through Internet and mobile banking FreeBank.
