REST WITH THE BANK CREDIT DNIPRO SIMPLY: IN 2017 THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PAYED TO CLIENTS AIR FLIGHT, VISITING RESTAURANTS, RENTAL AUTO AND HOTELS TO THE AMOUNT OF 7 MILLION UAH

In 2017, the participants of the "Fly with taste" loyalty program of Bank Credit Dnipro accumulated 12.7 million bonus points, making almost 1.6 million non-cash transactions. Throughout the year, owners of premium cards of the bank exchanged their bonuses for the purchase of air tickets for the amount of 4.2 million UAH, visited cafes and restaurants at the expense of the financial institution for the amount of UAH 1.7 million, and also paid accommodation in hotels around the world and renting a car for almost 1 million UAH. The total amount of bonuses paid was 6.9 million UAH.

"Over the past year, we increased the sales turnover on premium cards by 47%. Growth in the volume and share of non-cash payments on the market is one of the strategic tasks facing the banking community, "said Andrij Moiseenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Credit Dnipro. - With the active development of technologies, the cashless cash culture is becoming increasingly popular. It is beneficial for the state and banks, allowing to save significant funds for emission, collection and utilization of banknotes, and is also useful to the economy and society, helping to improve control over the transactions conducted and effective struggle against the shadow economy. Today almost 40% of payments are made in cashless way in Ukraine, and the potential for further growth is very high, given the changes in state regulation, expansion of payment infrastructure and growth of financial literacy of the population. "

The banker noted that the motivational programs of banks contribute to the inclusion of Ukrainians in cashless-culture. Judging by the feedback from the participants of the loyalty program "Flight with taste", the bonuses that the bank gives them have become a serious incentive to reduce their cash operations to cash to a minimum. Today, the most popular among premium customers is the exchange of bonuses for paying bills in cafes and restaurants - 61% of customers chose this option, 32% of loyalty program participants went to air travel due to bonus points. Expansion of the range of privileges with the new bonus category "Hotels / Auto" also had a taste for bank customers, as evidenced by almost 1 million UAH of compensations paid.
