Western Union

Western Union was founded in 1851. The company is engaged in money transfers on behalf of individuals without opening bank accounts, using modern means of communication, and today is a world leader in the field of money transfers.

The Western Union payment organization is the Western Union Network (France) SAS, located at: 92095 France, 5-6 Place de l’Iris, Paris la Defense CEDEX.

You can get information about the list of participants of the Western Union transfer system, location and opening hours of the nearest service points, check the status of the sent transfer on the system's website: www.westernunion.ua. In order to prevent fraud, Western Union asks you to pay attention to the warnings in the section "Do not allow yourself to be deceived".

• Neither the sender nor the recipient needs bank accounts with the bank to conduct Western Union transactions (except as provided by law);
• The transfer can be received in 10 minutes after sending to any service point within the country to which the transfer was sent
• More than 500,000 service points in more than 200 countries and regions around the world
• Saving money during the trip (possibility to make a transfer in your own name)
• An important feature of all Western Union transfers is the high level of security, which guarantees that the transfer is paid only to the specified person.

• payment  to individuals (residents and non-residents) of transfers received from abroad or within Ukraine from individuals (residents or non-residents) or legal entities that have entered into an appropriate agreement with Western Union in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

• US dollars (sending and payment of transfers for / from abroad);

• UAH (sending and paying for transfers in Ukraine).

For foreign currency transfers, the currency exchange rate is set by Western Union three times a day. The currency exchange rate is passed to the client during the transaction of transfer of funds.

Use the worldwide Western Union agency locator to find the branch closest to you.

1. Apply to any branch of Credit Dnipro Bank.
2. Fill in the form "For receipt of money", in which to indicate the last name, sender's name, country of departure, transfer amount and control number of the transfer.
3. Present your own passport.
4. After verifying the specified data, the operator receives its funds in US dollars, euros (only for certain Eurozone countries) or hryvnia.

You can check the status of the sent transfer on the Western Union system at https://www.westernunion.com/web/global-service/track-transfer if you know the control number of the transfer (MTCN) and the sender's name or the sender's name and the recipient's name. There is no fee for receiving a Western Union transfer by the receiving client (the receiving client does not pay a fee for receiving the transfer)

All disputes arising between participants and users of the * Western Union money transferring system shall be settled by negotiation, as well as by court order in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
* - The users of the Western Union money transfer system are senders and recipients of transfers
