USING THE ADVANCED ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND ADVANCED ELECTRONIC PRINTING PRINCIPLE WITH A QUALIFIED CERTIFICATE IN JSC "BANK CREDIT DNEPR" DURING THE PERIOD OF MARTIAL LAW ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE
During the period of martial law on the territory of Ukraine and for the period of time stipulated by law, JSC "BANK CREDIT DNEPR" allows the use of an advanced electronic signature with a qualified certificate (AES with a qualified certificate) and an advanced electronic seal with a qualified certificate (AES with a qualified certificate) by clients - legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and persons carrying out independent professional activities for the products and processes of JSC "BANK CREDIT DNEPR" that involve the use of a qualified electronic signature (QES) and a qualified electronic seal (QES) exclusively, including for the establishment of business relations. including for establishing business relations, electronic interaction, electronic identification and authentication, except for electronic transactions subject to notarisation and/or state registration in cases established by the laws of Ukraine and, provided that the relevant transactions are financial services in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies" dated 14.12.2021 No. 1953-IX, as amended.The use of the UEP and the UEP seal with a qualified certificate does not require a preliminary agreement between JSC "BANK CREDIT DNEPR" and the client - a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur or a person engaged in independent professional activity on the use of the UEP and the UEP seal with a qualified certificate.
