Credit Dnepr Bank works according to the standard work schedule, all products and services are available in our branches. At the same time, we have provided all the necessary safety measures - the departments carry out regular wet cleaning of workplaces, there is an adequate amount of antiseptics for hand hygiene, we work and serve customers in masks. We also ask you to follow the safety rules - wear a mask before entering the office.

Dear customers, in order to improve the customer experience on the night from Saturday 23.10.2021 to Sunday 24.10.2021 (from 00:00 to 05:00), it is planned to carry out technical work to update the bank's software.

Temporarily unavailable:

- operations with bank cards, including withdrawals from ATMs - from 00:05 to 04:00;

- FreeBank mobile application, as well as its web-version for private clients - from 00:05 to 05:00.
