Credit Dnepr Bank increases its authorized capital by UAH 1.199 billion

Credit Dnepr Bank increases its authorized capital by UAH 1.199 billion, or by 78.8%, to UAH 2.72 billion. The relevant decision was made by the shareholder of the financial institution on June 21, 2017. Additional capitalization will be carried out by private placement of additional shares of the existing nominal value.

"During the crisis years Bank Credit Dnepr has increased the authorized capital three times. And now, in the post-crisis period, the shareholder continues to capitalize on the bank, providing systematic support for its further development. Today, by increasing our capital almost twice, we fully and timely fulfill the guarantees provided to the regulator based on the results of last year's inspections and stress tests. And I want to note that capitalization plans provide for additional capital increase by the end of this year, "said Olena Malinska, chairman of the Bank's Credit Dnepr Board. - At the same time, we are well aware that further successes are possible only with the implementation of a competent strategy and qualitative team work. In general, we manage to carry out tasks within the framework of the strategic goals that we put before the bank last year. We focused on the development of retail lending, investment in agribusiness, the active development of remote service channels. As a result, since the beginning of the year, the credit portfolio of farmers has almost doubled, retail - also almost doubled, have created a high-quality multifunctional mobile application, we continue to increase investments in SMEs. Our main goal is to develop a comfortable, convenient and high-tech bank. "

As the head of the Board of the financial institution noted, further plans for the development of the bank are even more ambitious. In addition to the existing tasks and key areas of activity, in the second half of the year, special attention will be given to the development of technologies and automation of banking processes, the introduction of innovative approaches in private banking, and the improvement of the quality of work of the branch network.
