Credit Dnepr Bank became one of the winners in the nomination "SME support" in the rating "Financial Oscar", which holds a business weekly "Business" based on the results of the work of the Ukrainian financial market in the first half of the year. This nomination is awarded for the achievements in the field of servicing and lending to small and medium-sized businesses.
Business edition "Business" is the rating of the best representatives of the financial market of Ukraine for almost 20 years. The magazine has traditionally defined leaders for the year, but for the second time, an analysis of the activities of Ukrainian banks and insurance companies was carried out on the results of the six months. The selection of winners took place in two stages. Initially, the editorial board conducted a preliminary independent selection of candidates. At the second stage of the jury, which consisted of reputable experts in the financial market, representatives of the banking, insurance and investment community, conducted an independent appraisal of the applicants.
"The shortlist of candidates has traditionally consisted of data from financial statements. At the same time, one of the main criteria was not only indicators, but also data dynamics compared with the corresponding period of last year. Then a professional review was given by an authoritative expert jury, - noted Vyacheslav Mironenko, editor in chief of the weekly Business. - In a situation where the market only begins to recover from the crisis, the leaders of our rating continue to show decent results, which testify to the consistent and systematic strengthening of the entire financial system of Ukraine. This is an indicator of their contribution to the development of the industry and the economy of the country. "
According to the results of work for the first half of the year, Bank Credit Dnepr entered the top 3 winners of the "SME support" nomination. As noted in the financial institution, it is a worthy evaluation of the activity, given that the new projects in this direction were implemented by the bank only in 2016, identifying small and medium-sized businesses as one of the most important areas of activity.
"In the beginning of the year, after reviewing our strategic directions of activity, we have identified the segment of small and medium-sized businesses as one of our priorities. A few months after the launch of new projects, the bank has already become a leader in the nomination "The support of SMEs" in Ukraine's well-known financial rating, "said Olena Malinska, chairman of the Bank's Credit Dnepr Board. - For us it is an important testimony to the correctness of the chosen strategy, the relevance of new products and offers for customers. We have developed new services and improved existing ones, adapting them to the needs of specific types of businesses, such as IT and agribusiness. In addition, we began to gradually improve the technological base, creating the corresponding business needs of the current services. As a result, we managed to increase the number of clients-representatives of SMEs by 16%. "
