Since October 2021, customer service of Credit Dnipro Bank is possible not only with the original passport, but also with the use of an e-passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a biometric passport to travel abroad in the Diya mobile application. Thus, now customers of Credit Dnipro Bank can simply show their electronic passport in the Diya application to confirm their identity and share a digital copy of the document for banking operations in the bank's branches.
Obtaining copies of digital documents by an employee of the Bank Credit Dnipro branch is carried out by entering the barcode of the client's document from Diї.
The client only needs to confirm the request in the Diya application for data transfer. After confirming the request and receiving copies of digital documents, the required banking operation is carried out. This method of customer identification became possible due to the integration of Diy functionality with the bank software.

On the portal, you can get online almost 70 government services, and in the updated mobile application - access to 12 of your digital documents and 12 services. Among the documents: ID-card and foreign biometric passport, student ID, driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, vehicle insurance policy, tax number (RNOKPP), birth certificate and resettlement certificate (VPO), as well as yellow internal, green domestic and international COVID certificates.
