Since October 2021, customer service of Credit Dnipro Bank is possible not only with the original passport, but also with the use of an e-passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a biometric passport to travel abroad in the Diya mobile application. Thus, now customers of Credit Dnipro Bank can simply show their electronic passport in the Diya application to confirm their identity and share a digital copy of the document for banking operations in the bank's branches.

Credit Dnepr Bank, together with the International Payment System Visa, launched in Ukraine an innovative functionality for transferring funds by phone number to cards of Ukrainian banks. In order to make a transfer, you just need to indicate the recipient's phone number and the amount on the bank's website. The money goes to the addressee instantly.
