Credit Dnipro Bank is optimizing the process of reissuance of payment cards for retail customers, introducing from August 3, 2020 the service of remote reissue of cards by phone call to the Infocenter of the financial institution.
From now on, the bank's clients can call the Infocenter at 0800 507 700 around the clock and, after identification, order a reissue of the payment card at any branch. Therefore, the process of reissuing the card no longer requires a personal application of the client to the bank at the order stage, a visit to the branch is required only to obtain a new payment card.
In case of planned re-issuance of the card in connection with the expiration of the validity period, it is desirable to apply for continuous use two weeks before the expiration of the validity period indicated on the payment card; in case of loss or theft of the card - at any time convenient for the client 24/7.
