How to send a money transfer

You can send a transfer at any point of customer service to the Ria Money Transfer system.
The commission for sending the transfer is paid only by the sender (for payment of the transfer the commission is not paid).
Immediately after receipt of the reference number, the transfer will be available for payment to the recipient.

To send a remittance you need:

  • turn to the nearest point of the Ria Money Transfer system;
  • to provide the transaction officer with a passport or a replacement document;
  • inform the transaction agent of the amount, currency, country of receipt of the transfer and the name of the recipient;
  • sign an application for sending a transfer, which is executed by an operator, and make cash in the cash desk;
  • inform the recipient of the reference number of the transfer, which will be communicated to you by the accountant and recorded on your copy of the transfer request.

After the transfer is sent, only the sender can make changes in the recipient's name if he has an application for sending a transfer and a passport or a document that replaces it. Changes in the transfer can be made if the transfer is not paid to the recipient.

Return of transfer
The return of the transfer can be made only to the sender in the presence of an application for the sending of a transfer and identity document, and only if the transfer has not yet been paid to the recipient.
Transfer refunds can be made in two cases:
1) when the sender himself initiates the return of the transfer (the commission for the transfer is not returned);
2) the transfer was not received within 25 days after sending ** (the transfer fee is not returned).

What is the control number of the transfer?
Each transfer is assigned a unique 10-digit control number of the transfer, the receipt of which indicates that this transfer is already available.
The sender of the transfer must inform the recipient of the reference number of the transfer.
Only the one who knows the control number of the transfer may receive a remittance addressed to him, because the reference number of the transfer is one of the mandatory details for the payment transaction.
 

How to receive a money transfer

How to change the requisites or cancel the transfer

In the event that an error has been made when filling in the details, it can be corrected. To do this, you will need to come to the branch office of the partner bank of the identity card system and provide the payment information. Information can only be changed if it has not yet been issued to the recipient. No additional commission will appear at the same time.
Cancellation of funds is carried out in the same way as changing the details of the payment. No additional payment is required for this transaction, and the sender immediately receives the amount of the transfer back. The commission may be returned or not returned - it depends on the terms of the transfer and the specific requirements of the system partner. It is impossible to cancel the transfer to the recipient.

Procedure for resolving disputes between participants and users of the RIA Money Transfer system

All disputes arising between participants and users of the Ria money transfer system (senders and recipients of money transfers) must be resolved through negotiations, as well as in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
